25 New NCR Campers joins Jr.NBA PH for Alaska National Training Camp.

“These kids showed true quality, intensity , and a real passion for basketball,” said Jr. NBA head coach Carlos Barroca. “I hope all our participants continue to show their love for the game, keep working hard and follow their dreams.” Last weekend, Nine boys and 16 girls topped the Manila Regional Selection Camp of Jr. NBA Philippines 2018 presented by Alaska to join the roster of Jr. NBA All-Star aspirants from Bacolod, Baguio and Butuan that will move on to the National Training Camp on May 18-20. More than 800 players joined the NBA’s global youth basketball program at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Makati on April 21, which sent 50 boys and 32 girls to return on April 22 for advanced drills and team scrimmages. Jr. NBA Philippines 2017 to select eight boys and eight girls as Jr. NBA All-Stars - - Online Registration Now Live at www.jrnba.asia/philippines - Press Release: Jr. NBA Philippines 2017 presented by Alaska returns this year to the Philippines from Jan. 20-May 14 as part of the league’s effort to encourage youth basketball participation.  Jr. NBA, the league’s global youth basketball participation program for boys and girls, teaches participants the fundamental skills and core values of the game at the grassroots level in an effort to help grow and improve the youth basketball experience for players, coaches and parents. In addition, Jr. NBA Philippines will introduce a court refurbishment initiative that will revitalize a community court through the NBA Cares platform.
