The Green Run at Vermosa is back for the fourth consecutive time this June with a renewed commitment to fitness, environmental sustainability, animal welfare and youth sports development. Entitled Vermosa Green Run 2025: A Force of Four in Year 4, it will be off and running on Sunday, June 29, 2025 at the Vermosa Estate in Imus, Cavite. This year, Ayala Land’s flagship multi-level running event launches a Plastic Donation and Collection Drive alongside its 3K, 5K, 10K, and 21K road races. Ayala Land Estates Inc. and Makati Development Corporation (MDC) invite all participants to bring used plastics for recycling and repurposing. The plastic garbage will be converted into concrete aggregates, sustainable building materials, and other equipment for constructing fences and walkways that support Ayala Land's green development projects. The Green Run, Vermosa Estate’s signature run to promote physical and mental fitness by running in the great outdoors, is back and there’s a special treat for dog owners and pet parents this year. Along with the 25K, 10K, 5K and 3K distance categories, Green Run 2023 has a special 1K race for those who want to bring their doggos along on an adventure. Called The Dog Run, this fun race is open for dog owners who want to hit the lush green trails of Vermosa with their dogs. Just like humans, dogs need exercise for their health and happiness. Walking or running together is not just fun, it is a rewarding experience, health-wise, for both fur parents and fur babies. Both dogs and humans will enjoy the beautiful routes at Vermosa that wind through wide open spaces and abundant greenery, made more runner-friendly by wide pedestrian walkways, bicycle and jogging lanes and enhanced greenways. LANDERS PLANNED AREA The countdown is on. Southern residents are looking forward to a leveled-up consumer experience as they await the opening of two big retail universes inside the Vermosa Estates in Imus, Cavite. And other attractions too. Landers Superstore Vermosa and the newest Ayala Mall in Vermosa are set to open in the fourth quarter of 2023 inside the sprawling 700-hectare estates. Food brands like Panda Express, Chow King and Army Navy will join existing food chains McDonalds, Jollibee, Starbucks, Peri Peri Chicken, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and Burger King in serving residents and visitors at Vermosa.
