SM City Grand Central, Valenzuela, and Sangandaan Unveil a Ribbon of Christmas Magic in Metro North Area

Christmas came early in the North Metro as SM City Grand Central, SM City Valenzuela, and SM Center Sangandaan unveiled their awe-inspiring holiday centerpieces, each glowing with the warmth of love, unity, and wonder that define the Filipino Christmas.

Every light, ribbon, and tune in the malls—from Caloocan to Valenzuela—told a tale of unity, transforming them into magical wonderlands. Through stunning decorations, enchanted attractions, and endearing performances, SM malls in Grand Central, Valenzuela, and Sangandaan allow families to rediscover the joy of Christmas. The malls are anchored by the iconic Grand Holiday Red Ribbon, a symbol that united all three launches.

At SM City Grand Central, Christmas took on a grand new form through the Grand Central Yuletide, a multi-sensory celebration that turned every level into a chapter of a festive Christmas storybook. The towering Grand Yuletide Christmas Tree, wrapped in a magnificent red ribbon, stood as a beacon of hope and connection. From the whimsical Yuletide Cable Car Ride to the storybook-inspired Christmas Village and the melodic Singing Reindeer Shed, every corner radiated magic, making malling itself feel like unwrapping a gift, one floor at a time.

The Swirl of Christmas Fun, a celebration that lit up the mall with enormous lamps and a magnificent red ribbon atop its 30-foot Christmas tree, made the season glitter at SM City Valenzuela. With its brilliant lights swirling in time with celebratory music, the incandescent centerpiece stood as a beacon of happiness and kindness. The heart of SM City Valenzuela's Christmas launch was captured in pictures of joy as families and friends gathered under its glow.

Further north, SM Center Sangandaan brought its own flair with “Christmas Fun Surprises,” headlined by a 30-foot tree decked in gold ornaments, red ribbon, and oversized gift boxes. The launch featured live performances and a lighting ceremony that captured the essence of Filipino Christmas; bright, festive, and full of heart. 

 



Together, these SM malls have woven a radiant tapestry of Christmas joy across the North Metro, each destination offering its own brand of magic while sharing one unifying message: Christmas is brighter when celebrated together.

Never in my dreams that I could climb and reach the peak of a waterfall. But, somehow I managed to survived this strenous activity last 2017, when, I went to Baler Aurora. Yes, I'm a nature lover. I appreciate the beauty of the elements of water, mountains and trees That is why, when my special someone ask me to go in Baler for a weekend vacation. I said, yes eventually. My first waterfall that I encountered is called, "Diguisit Falls", its my Day 1 (Nov.12, Sunday) in Baler. It's near the road, tourist can easily noticed this wonderful waterfall, as you passed by going to Aniao Islet in Aurora. So, what makes this waterfall excitingly beautiful. Aside, that the water is so cold.  You can feel the strong currents flowing down on top of the mountain because of the recent storm.
