Canada’s turn to paint the night sky bursting with colors on March 23 with their very own “Fireworks Spectaculars” and China’s Polaris Fireworks will surely stun the crowds.

Bulalo World spins my brain with big appetite.

Are you craving for a hot Bulalo stew? No need to go in Mahogany, Tagaytay to sip this delicious dish. It has only few branches in Manila and I've found Bulalo World at the 3rd Floor of Metropoint Mall, Pasay City.

Yes, Bulalo is one of the Pinoy's favorite dish in the land. It's a beef marrow stew consists of beef shanks and marrow bones.

Bulalo is a light colored soup that’s made rich by cooking beef shanks and beef marrow bones for hours, until much of the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth.

Their branch is cozy, clean and colorful. I love the big bones hanging on the ceiling with wooven basket lights. It's a Filipino ingenuity done artistically.

In terms of their tables and chairs, you can comfortably dine-in and enjoy your hot bulalo in longer hours while chatting with your friends and families. It can served almost 20 to 30 persons. For as low as 195 pesos, you have unli rice with hot bulalo meal. The staff are friendly, you can ask more bulalo soup, if u have a big appetite.

Every Friday night, I went home in Cavite due to long hours of travel coming from Quezon City. Dinner-out is a big option for us. That's why, we discovered the Bulalo World upstairs. We enjoyed our dinner and our stomach is so full. Definitely, we will be back for more. "Sabi ko nga, sabaw pa lang ulam na." I love Bulalo World.

Definitely, Ms. AI AI De Las Alas dialogue is true with Bulalo World, Tagos sa Buto.

Thanks for reading my
Bulalo World Food experience.

Just a reminder, as a health practitioner, any excess of fatty and cholesterol food is bad for your health. Watch your food intake especially people who has hypertension.
