There's more than a bunch of bread,chocolates, cookies and pastries parading this evening. And you can feel the excitement and joy of all the student's chef and their Master Chef who teach them passionately to learn a world class skills in baking and preparing them to achieve their dreams internationally.

Indeed, the Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts Philippines is celebrating their 2nd year anniversary here in the Philippines. An amazing night wherein, a variety of pastries, chocolates, pasta,pralines & french bread will be overflowing in the table. In others words, guys be ready to have a strong "sugar rush" to your system. You'll be delighted to see all their creations.
Last, August 4, 2017. I was able to attend the 2nd year cocktail party of The Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts Philippines in Metrohaus Bldg. Sen. Gil Puyat Makati, it's my first time to meet a world renown chef named Chef Christian Heidenreich Director of Operations, of the Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts Philippines, a fine and friendly man who entertained all the lifestyle bloggers cheerfully with enthusiasm.
To give you insights about The Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts Philippines, it is a premiere educational institution,where students train under the mentorship of world-renowned master chef who won prestigious awards on their respective field.
The academy was established by France's legendary pastry master chef Jean Francaise Arnaud, a recipient of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) 2000, a title tantamount to the rank of the best craftsman of France. Two more branches are located in Malaysia & India.

I can't explained how delicious and tasteful all their pastry creations are, from pasta to deserts , sauces and bread especially, their red sauce on the pasta. Its amazingly perfect and also the strawberry cheesecake that really caught my attention. It has a distintive taste, not too sweet but, until now, I can't forget it every inch of bite and I'm looking forward to taste it all over again.

No words can describe how thankful I am to be invited by the Admin.Manager/Founder of Bloggers Philippines Ms. Leomy Sanchez to cover this event with collaboration of The Academy of Pastry & Bakery Arts Philippines because I was able to witnessed their undying passion in terms of preparing, baking and cooking all this wonderful pastries and cakes for this event.
