CHATSI Coffee House & Beanery: Bloggers and Food Critic Night!!

Ordinarily, Food Bloggers are invited for food review and wine tasting. So, I delicately, handled and tasted every food menu and beverages that they serve. Recently, I was invited to be a Guest Food Blogger Judge in SMB Oktoberfest Pulutan Battle in Imus Cavite and its a memorable experience because I gain more skills in tasting variety of foods. So, when, Chatsi Beanery sent an invitation for Bloggers & Food Critics Night showcasing their best-sellers, original recipes and signature coffee. I  decided to grab the chance, even its located on the south of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Because, I'm too curious on how they prepare their signatured coffee and their best selling menu's, as well. And, I believe that Chatsi headed by Chef Eve  Antonio valued on giving excellent quality of food on their customers. 


Furthermore, CHATSI is a combined concept of restaurant and coffee house. They serve different variety of food and beverages. They are open for special events and meetings. Their menu choices can suits small and large group and families. They also have catering services as well.

The night was filled with lovely people, friendly Chatsi staff and showmanship of Chatsi Barista for cocktail and latte preparation. All of the staff are so accomodating. All of them are smiling and ready to take pictures.

A healthy dish for Vegan People out there. Yes, its quite oily but its delicious.

For Pasta lover, 
this menu is perfect for you. Not too salty but its flavorful. The shrimp is well-cooked.

Quesadilla Beef
A new flavor for quesadilla. It has diferent taste that you'll ask for more.

Chicken Barbecue Pizza

This Pizza caught my attention, I love the way it was cooked. It's so delicious & cheesy. You can easily taste the chicken barbecue flavor. One of Chatsi  Beanery , Best-selling Menu.

Kaldereta

This ordinary meal is one of the best Filipino Cuisine. So, what makes it different, its the mozzarella cheese that makes it more appetizing and flavorful. 

You need to order one, I guaranteed, its the best Kaldereta in town in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Kare-Kare Bagnet

Being Ilokana, Bagnet is one of our favorite delicacy in Vigan. But, what makes me more excited to try this menu, it was added on Kare-kare, my favorite dish. That is why, I eagerly tasted this meal. It's so delicious and crunchy. Every bite is worth the price. So, I can rate this meal as 10. Perfect for my taste bud.

Storm is swiftly passing in the shore. The currents has been disturbed with enormous wind. The huge waves is continuously sweeping the sand castle. As it slowly, break into tiny pieces and fastly dissolving. Replacing as bodies of water.  I love staring at the sunset. Watching the waves of waters rushing near the beach, as it melt down like ice. That creates a beautiful sound. Wherein, different shades of color are seen in the horizons before it closes another day. New sunrise will unfold. As I waited each morning. Visit a higher place, where you can find a relaxing view and drink some cold drinks. Listen with your favorite accoustic songs. Be lost for a minute and feel the rhythm of your heart. Enjoy and set your spirit free. Free from all the miseries, betrayal, disloyalty, dishonesty and lies that surrounds you.  Visiting this place, brings back good and sad memories. But, I'd rather write good stories rather than to dwell on my past memories. Let's say, this place let's you realized that honesty and friendship can break all the boundaries.
