#CokeZeroExcuses2025 BGC event last January 18, 2025.
Last January 18, Saturday, Catriona Gray shared inspiring tips on how she is owning her self-care goals for 2025. “Sometimes the new year can be a bit overwhelming at first when setting new goals and resolutions, so that’s where self-care comes into the picture. Me, I love my alone time and doing things with the people that I love. When I feel a little burned out, I fill my cup by doing the things that I love. That can be a bit of painting, reading, spending time with my loved ones, and now, I’m attempting to do pickleball,” Catriona says.
Travel objectives rank higher on most people's yearly resolutions than self-care. David Guison, a social media star, wants to take more trips this year since they motivate him to produce more content. David offers helpful advice on taking responsibility for one's goals for the coming year, saying, "Write your goals in a planner or even just your notes app to manifest them as early as January." I accomplished those goals when I did this last year! But keep in mind that if you don't put in the effort [to reach those goals], they won't succeed.
