I've attended the soft opening of "CREPE CENTAL PH RESTAURANT last May 11 and it was a savory and sweet night. All the influencers and bloggers are filled with mouth watering and delicious crepe. Honestly, their crepe menu's are unique and it's my first time to eat a crepe with fillings such as chicken, salmon, hungarian sausage and seafood etc. It's new on my taste buds.
For me, its perfect crepe, I've ever tasted. The crepe is cooked well and the presentation of food is so beautiful. I can't stop taking photos, before, we take a bite. Also, with its cool and relaxing ambiance, with wooden chairs and tables, you'll feel relaxed and comfortable, while, eating their best seller crepe.

What is a Crepe? It is a thin version of pancake, usually it was pronounced as "kreip".The word crepe actually comes from the phrase crispus in Latin, which means curled.
Crepes are made by putting some oil or butter on a flat stove, and using a wooden scraper or a spatula: to smoothen the batter, and lay it out flat across the surface. It can be folded at the edge or wrap.

And. there are many different fillings that can be put inside the crepe. It can be savory type, wherein, salmon, chicken, crab or seafood can be filled up inside the crepe or a healthy savory, filled with spinach, mushrooms and other vegetables.

Also, it can be a sweet type, filled with hazel nut chocolate (nutella), fresh berries, whipped cream or even ice cream on top.
