In celebration of the Banatu Festival, celebrating the 76th founding anniversary of Cabanatuan City, SM Supermalls kicked off February with a highly successful job fair at SM City Cabanatuan, demonstrating how career opportunities can be meaningfully woven into local festivities. Held last February 3, the job fair brought together 32 employers and a thousand jobseekers, with 90 applicants hired on the spot— underscoring the impact of aligning employment initiatives with community celebrations.
