Christmas Celebration sparkled at SM GRAND CENTRAL , SM CITY VALENZUELA & SM CENTER SANGANDAAN.

Christmas takes on three distinct personalities this season at SM City Grand Central, SM City Valenzuela, and SM Center Sangandaan, where holiday centerpieces transform their atriums into colorful worlds of light, fantasy, and play.


Part of SM Supermalls’ “SM Magical Sparkle” Christmas campaign, the installations offer different interpretations of the season while sharing one idea: turning the traditional Christmas centerpiece into an experience.


At SM City Grand Central, “Venetian Wonderland” brings the romance of Venice to Northern Metro Manila, drawing inspiration from the colorful island of Burano. A 34-foot, multi-tiered Christmas tree takes center stage, surrounded by pastel façades, a glowing canal, a Venetian gondola, and a festive gondolier elf.



Brick arch bridges, warm street lamps, Christmas greenery, and market-inspired stalls complete the scene, creating the feel of a European Christmas market. The gondola, canal, and colorful houses also serve as photo spots, adding to the centerpiece’s appeal as a place to gather and linger.


At SM City Valenzuela, “Once Upon a Moonlit Christmas” takes a dreamier approach. A 34-foot Christmas tree decorated in crimson, violet, and gold rises beneath a glowing star, framed by a metallic gold crescent moon, silver reindeer, crystal drapes, and illuminated stars.


A velvet-red, gold-trimmed throne surrounded by presents completes the fairytale setting and doubles as a photo spot for the whole family. Here, the sparkle is more celestial, with gold and silver accents creating the atmosphere of a Christmas night beneath the stars.


Meanwhile, SM Center Sangandaan gives the season a playful twist with “Sweet Plushie Holiday.” Towering Christmas trees, oversized candy canes, sweet-themed décor, and plush-inspired elements fill the atrium in a palette of red, silver, and gold.


The result is a softer, more youthful take on Christmas that reflects today’s visual culture, where holiday displays are also spaces for photographs, content creation, and shared experiences. Its launch featured Gen Z music, dance, holiday performances, and a tree-lighting ceremony capped by a shower of red, silver, and gold confetti.


Three malls, three Christmas stories, one shared magical sparkle with glee with every SM Goers.


Christmas illuminates Grand Central's vibrant façades and Venetian canals. It shimmers under a moonlit sky at Valenzuela. Candy canes and plush-inspired details bring it to life at Sangandaan.

Together, the centerpieces show how the traditional Christmas tree can become more than a holiday decoration. They create settings where families and friends can gather, take photographs, make memories and find a brief escape from the holiday rush.


This year, SM Magical Sparkle brings Christmas to life in three distinct worlds, inviting everyone to discover their own way to celebrate the season.

Never in my dreams that I could climb and reach the peak of a waterfall. But, somehow I managed to survived this strenous activity last 2017, when, I went to Baler Aurora. Yes, I'm a nature lover. I appreciate the beauty of the elements of water, mountains and trees That is why, when my special someone ask me to go in Baler for a weekend vacation. I said, yes eventually. My first waterfall that I encountered is called, "Diguisit Falls", its my Day 1 (Nov.12, Sunday) in Baler. It's near the road, tourist can easily noticed this wonderful waterfall, as you passed by going to Aniao Islet in Aurora. So, what makes this waterfall excitingly beautiful. Aside, that the water is so cold.  You can feel the strong currents flowing down on top of the mountain because of the recent storm.
