7 Flavors of Chef Boy Logro: An Exploration of Food Buffet Tasting!
7 Flavors Buffet & A La Carte Restaurant by Chef Boy Logro is an international cuisine located at the heart of San Juan 196 A. Mabini Street, Brgy. Batis.
Last May 13, 2015, 7 Flavors Restaurant had opened its doors to the Public, the natives of San Juan community. It has lush interiors which provide a relaxing experience and a big parking space which eliminates the problem of finding a parking slot. It can accomodate atleasts 30 slots.
I've already heard and watched how Chef Boy Logro cooks well and all his dishes is delighfully done. I know how all his menu was so delicious. When, my mom still alive. We always watched Chef Boy Logro cooks at Kusina Master at GMA Network last 2012 cause my Mom loves to cook so much. Also, Chef Boy Logro is also called "Idol sa Kusina" truly he is. So, when my friend invited me to join the Food Review at his 7 Flavors Buffet Restaurant of Chef Boy Logro, I instantly message her and say Yes, definitely, i'll be joining them.
What I love most with this 7 Flavors Buffet Restaurant of Chef Boy is the name itself because they serve 7 Flavors that suits your taste buds which includes: Sweet, Sour,Salty, Bitter, Spicy, Umami and Astringent.
So, I've researched a little bit why does a certain restaurant offers 7 Flavors. As I've found out that there is what you called Ayurvedic Nutrition, that according to "Ayurveda, the sense of taste is a natural map towards proper nutrition. " Our tastebud is a great determinator if we tasted a healthy food or a toxic one. Our senses stimulates our brain to determine our body's nutrition needs especially if it's needed glucose.
However, in Ayurvedic Nutrition it only has 6 distinct taste, Sweet, Sour, Salty, Bitter, Pungent & Astringent., the 6 taste serves as a guide map towards satisying our food cravings or over meal consumption.
So, if we add up the 7 Flavors of Chef Boy Logro, it simply signifies that you already targeted the nutritional balance of our taste senses. It achieves the recommended goal for a healthy and flavorful menu.
Truly, 7 Flavors Buffet Ala Carte had completed the elements of a well-round nutritive percentage of food. This restaurant practices Ayurveda principle of a holistic healthcare in terms of food servings that provides balance to achieve a vibrant and healthy living.
