Oystra Sarsaya Day with Ajinomoto Newest Ambassador,Coco Martin!!!!

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation organized a press conference to announce the launch of its newest product, Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce, and celebrity endorser, Mr. Coco Martin.

Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce is concentrated from real oysters, complete with seasonings to provide a delicious blend of savory, sweet and salty taste to any dish.


According to Pen Alvina, Ajinomoto’s Category Manager for Menu Seasonings, “Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce is a unique brand of oyster sauce that is created to suit Filipino taste and preference, making many Filipino dishes like ginisang kangkong and adobo more flavorful and delicious.”


During the event, a live cooking demonstration and cook-off was facilitated by Chef Mcrhyan Rodrigo. Chef Mac cooked Filipino favorites Ginisarsayang Kangkong with Tokwa and his own recipe, Thai-style Stir Fried Chicken using Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce. Guests were also invited to participate in a cook-off, where they discovered the convenience of using Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce to turn ordinary dishes extra special and flavorful.


No less than the Primetime King, Mr. Coco Martin, was chosen to endorse Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce. Aside from being a big fan of his grandmother’s cooking, Coco graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Coco claimed, “Kakaiba dahil lasang oyster na oyster!” He loved how Sarsaya® Oyster Sauce can add that delicious and authentic oyster flavor that truly enhances simple dishes.

The Cook-Off Challenge was a fabulous one, wherein, Ms. Macy and Ms. Tina Perez show their skills in cooking , side by side with the adorable actor, Coco Martin. I also, love cooking especially, if its vegetables, I'm very happy that I was able to learned another simple recipe that is healthy and so nutritious. It's so fun watching my fellow bloggers in a cook-off challenge, every drops of sarsaya oysters sauce, the aroma spreads around the big room, it's delicious and so tasteful. The unique texture of the kangkong leaves and crunchy tofu plus the Sarsaya Oysters sauce makes you crave for more....Definitely, one of the best event I have attended for a launching of a cooking ingredient, indeed, Ajinomoto Sarsaya Oysters Sauce brings a unique dish into an extra-ordinary special dish that our whole family will love.  Truly, Ajinomoto stands by its slogan, "Eat Well, Live Well", because they teaches us to prepare healthy dishes to our family and friends in a special way.

Moreover, thankful and grateful for a chance to meet the Prime time Actor, Mr. Coco Martin, who I admired most. Its a memorable experience that I can't forget. His the right ambassador for Sarsaya Oyster Sauce besides his a family oriented individual, he loves to cook for his family during his free time. A man who values good food and family, a good role model for everyone.


I'm glad, I was able to attend this Oystra Sarsaya Event at Madison 101 because I was able to learn the most easiest dish, I've ever cooked. I've tried it at home using Sarsaya Oyster Sause, "tama nga si Coco, lasang-lasang Oyster." It's so delicious even without tofu or meat. This dish is truly amazing. Besides, its less expensive for 25 pesos you can already cooked this meal, instantly. So, here's the outcome below. Mommies, & single ladies should try this at home.
